Prompt Engineer

Crowdform is seeking a highly motivated Prompt Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The Prompt Engineer (AI) will be responsible for optimizing the use of our AI-powered prompt system to improve customer experience and support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customer needs
• Develop and optimize the AI-powered prompt system to ensure it meets business goals and provides a seamless customer experience
• Use NLP techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of the prompts
• Analyze data to identify patterns and insights to continuously improve the system’s performance
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to support the prompt system
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and NLP technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure the effective use of the prompt system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science or related field
• 1+ years of experience in AI development or related roles
• Deep understanding of AI and NLP technologies and their applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras
