Position Summary:

As a GPT-4 Chat Prompt Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our state-of-the-art language model. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain chat prompts for our GPT-4 model, ensuring exceptional user experiences across various applications and industries. You will work closely with our talented team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to push the boundaries of natural language processing and AI-powered communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and optimize chat prompts for the GPT-4 model, ensuring high-quality and engaging user interactions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
3. Analyze model performance and user feedback to identify areas of improvement, recommending and implementing necessary modifications.
4. Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and related fields to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge.
5. Document and communicate project progress, results, and learnings to stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in NLP, AI, or a closely related field.
3. Strong programming skills in Python or another relevant language.
4. Familiarity with GPT-4 or similar large-scale language models.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
2. Familiarity with OpenAI's GPT family of models.
3. Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team.
